Hey all,
So a friend of mine asked my advice on what laptop he should buy. So, of course, I asked him what he planned on using it for. He basically just wants a laptop that he can use for school, internet, the occasional movie, etc. No gaming or intense video editing or anything. He said his budget is 500 to 700. I think he would prefer to have an i5 processor, 3-4 gigs of ram, and maybe 320 to 500gb of storage.
So my question to you all is this: Should I just tell him to go to dell.com or hp.com and put something together or are there some lower profile brands out there that will be just fine?
