Laptop Space bar?

Ever since a few days ago, my laptop space bar has completely stopped working. I didn't spill anything on it, and the thing is very new (well under a year old). Any ideas on what the problem is? Anything I can do to narrow it down? Or am I just up the creek?

If its under a year old, i think it would be under warranty. Call tech support and explain it to them that there was NO physical damage to the keyboard, and it stopped working on its own,

My Inspiron's space bar stopped working last month and dell replaced the keyboard under warranty.

hey, it should be under a manu's initial warranty = use it and abuse it.
