Laptop Screw Striped

I have a Lenovo X61T tablet. In one of my PCIe slots the screw is stripped so I can't get out my wireless card.

How can I get a tiny stripped screw out? I'm Disparate!

Thanks,

JOe K.

There are actually 2 little screws on the corners of my WIFI card opposite the side where the WIFI card connects to the systemboard of the laptop. One of those screws is stuck.

Exerting pressure on the screw while turning may remove it. Pressure can be applied by forcing a small screwdriver tip under the head and using a prying motion, or gripping the head with long nosed pliers/vise grips and pulling while turning.

either find a flat blade screwdriver, a phillips that has graphite on the tip to help grip, or a good pair of needlenose, one or a combination thereof should wallow you to remove the bad screw.
