Maybe.
Depends on what the issue is.
It's LED lit so brightness should not be an issue. So unless the OEM screen is defective in some way, it is hard to see how replacing it will improve anything much.
There are places that sell LED replacements for LCD screens that are claimed to provide a better quality backlight. However, swapping out complete screens is one thing, but changing out a backlight is another and is not recommended.
For some notebooks IPS upgrade screens are available, but most of the ones I see for the ACER seem to mostly be "pulls" from used machines. However, your machine is new enough that a new OEM should be available.
Here is a possible LED IPS upgrade, but you will need to verify compatibility.

(I see it is not the native resolution for your model unit, but it might still work.)
If it is compatible, it could be the improvement you are seeking.
Talk to a computer repair shop about compatibility and changing screens out for you.
PS: I recently had to replace the screen in my 13.3" Fujitsu S6420 because the CCFL burned out. Did it myself. Everything worked out okay. The job wasnt too difficult, just be careful & go slowly after studying some YouTube tutorials. In my case, I found a source of inexpensive factory refurbished CCFL LCD panels.
