laptop screen loose - wont stay on desired position!

hey guys i have a dell 300m laptop and its been good for a few months so far..then recently i noticed if u tilt the screen back too far, it'll just fall back instead of staying in place....seems like the support for the lcd is gone..

pretty much if u tilt the screen back 100 degrees plus, it wont hold its position and instead just fall..any way i can manually fix this?
