Laptop runs around 140'F. Should I take it apart?

Hi. I have a Lenovo X120e which is not modified besides a Intel X25V SSD.

I'm running Win 7 Home Premium and the SpeedFan program shows that the temperature is 140'F. It doesn't run too hot and there are no performance issues.

Is it worth taking my laptop apart and lapping the heatsink and replacing the thermal paste?

140F is pretty normal for a laptop I think. You do mean degrees F and not degrees C, right? (If it's 140C that would be a problem.)
 
140F = 60C
If this is max I wouldn't worry about it.
Usually I don't worry about laptops until they get above 85C (load).
 
I agree 60°C is nothing to worry about on a laptop, the fans won't even have spooled up fully by that point.
 
I guess I just got so used to working on my desktop set up with all these fans running that 140F seems high. The laptop doesn't feel too hot nor does the fan run really fast.
