Okay, I just got a new (for me anyway) Inspiron 7000 and I've got a question about the unused modem jack on the side of the case. Now, can I just buy a mini-PCI modem and install it myself, or not? Also, would it possible to get a 10/100 mini-PCI card and do some "modifying" (i.e, cutting the hole a tad bit wider to fit the RJ-45 jack)? I don't mind using the modem PCMCIA card, but the ethernet one is a bit annoying, with the whole dongle deal and everything. I'm also assuming that doing this would void my warranty, yes?

Any help would be appreciated.
