anybody have any speculation/info on what is going to happen with DDR2 667 laptop RAM once Christmas approaches (and Vista gets closer to being released for real)? I'm wondering if I should buy two 1 GB sticks right now for ~$95 each off newegg or hold off for a few weeks or more and see if prices drop...

Thoughts?
 
You know, you're right. I didn't really realize that prices don't fluctuate too terribly much usually, so I'm probably safe to take the semi good deal offered on newegg right now. Thanks for the opinion!
 
Where are you getting your laptop RAM from? newegg? Anywhere else?

My Dell E1405 came with 1GB I'd like to get another 1GB but I refuse to pay retail!
