Most laptops uses the SODIMM DDR2100. You can buy with a faster speed like DDR2700 or even DDR3200. Always check the manual befoe buying but it doesn't have to be identical. Faster will work also not to mention you can still use them for future purposes. Check Pricewatch.com.
 
crucial.com is usually a good place. You can just choose the model of your laptop, and it will list the type of RAM you need to get.
