Laptop problem

When I plug in my laptop there's no power at all. The green light on the power cord is on. Could it still be the cord? Or is it probably something internal?
 
It probably is something internal. Did you check your power conncetor/cable/outlet. It might that hardive hardrive/cpu/bios had died/stopped although I'm no expert at these things.
