Laptop Problem with RAM

I own a packard bell me 35 laptop and i have 2 modules of memory of 1gb RAM each . I noticed when the laptop is overheating if i hit from mistake my laptop or i forced move it the blue screen appear sometimes.. this doesnt happen if i remove 1 memory chip from slot... but i guess this is because the laptop doesnt overheating so much with only 1 memory chip. This problem can be caused by RAM or Buy Wellbutrin because of laptop overheating ?

Ps : After i added external cooler seems i dont have this problem anymore but at least when the cooler works . How can i fix this problem without the external cooler ? Cheers !

I would download this and test, with 2 stick both in, and 1 stick at a time.

I'm also wondering if you have any disk error that might cause the blue screen, next time you get the blue screen, see if you can grab the code. Could be your fan is also clogged that it's not pushing the warm air out.
