Well, i left on vacation 2 weeks ago, and while i was gone i left my laptop plugged into the wall to charge. When i came back i noticed that my clock was flashing 12:00 (meaning the power probably went out, maybe from lightning or something)
I went to turn on my laptop, and everything seemed fine, but the screen didnt show a thing, it just remains dead black. All the lights run fine, the fans are fine, everything seems fine, but the screen wont show crap.
I even hooked up an CRT monitor to the laptop and that didnt show ne thing either, meaning its some sort of video problem.
What should i do (the warranty is dead)??
Should i open it up and see if something is fried or loose?
O and just so you know, this isnt a retail laptop, i had it custom made by some computer company around here (i forget the name, but its a small company type, kinda like Monarch)
any direction on what to do next would be appreciated, thanks.
