Laptop Printer?

I'm wanting to buy my mom a printer she can use while carrying her laptop at work. Needs to be pretty portable, RELIABLE, and color. Not looking to spend over $200. Any ideas, or at least where I should look at?
 
Based on my experience, Canon makes the best portable inkjet printers. You can get a Pixma iP90 for around $200 or an older BJC-80 for a little less.
