laptop power troubles

I have a lenovo x60 that was bought from asia, so it has a huge power plug that kinda looks like this. ... The adaptor I bought broke so I don't have power.

I tried looking but it seems really difficult to buy such an adaptor in USA (I'm listening if anybody has suggestions) so I'm wondering if it would be possible to buy the cable that goes from the X60's PSU to the wallsocket? If so, where and how much could I get this? I'd rather not mailorder if possible since that would add cost/time to the transaction.

Appreciate any help I can get.

You can buy just the cable at any Radio Shack, and some other electronics stores. I do know that Radio Shack will have them. The ThinkPad power brick is designed for 110 to 240 volts, so that won't be an issue.
