Laptop Power Supply Quality and Questions

I have a Latitude E4310 13" Notebook that uses a 65w Dell Power adaptor.

I purchased a 2nd el cheapo power supply off Ebay that has been working fine with it for a couple months as the original crapped out. (Cord)

Questions:

1) The cheap replacement one I'm using is from Hong Kong and is so light compared to the original. Am I hurting anything using it?

2) I have a Dell 150w Adaptor that was used with an XPS system my father in law gave me a while back. It's the same size plug and seems to work when plugged into the E4310. Would I be better off using this?

Sorry my knowledge of Laptop Power Supplies is very limited.

The 150w works well, As long as it charges correctly and the system does not complain. I have used some under voltage chargers on the dell and it complain it was unable to charge the battery. the 90w + will charge the system faster. I too have a e4310.

At work we use 150W power supplies with the E64x0 and E65x0 and they work fine. I believe they only draw the power they need.

It's been going on for... a very very long time now and we haven't suffered any consequences as a result of it.
