Well I've good and not-so-good news about this vendor's ResellerRatings.com score.

Good News: mypc21.com scored a 7.0 out of 7.0 which is a perfect score.

Not-so-good News: only 1 person voted so either it's an employee or someone involved with the company, a fluke or they really are that good.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing but considering it comes with a floppy & DVD drive and doesn't use the newest and lightest plastics it's probably the right weight for it's class of notebook. For this price range (under $1,500) I wouldn't expect any of those super light weight Sony/IBM/Toshiba laptops those start around $3,000 I think.
