I have a toshiba l25-s1196(with a 1.7 pentium m I put in) laptop with 768mb of ddr2 533. the northbridge according to cpu z is rs400 rc400 rc410 and the southbridge is sb 400. it has integrated radeon xpress 200m graphics with 128mb of ram alloted to it. I used clockgen with the ics 951416 pll and have so far gotten it to 2ghz or 154 bus speed with a 6-13 multi. It has room to go so I think atleast 2.2 maybe even 2.4. I have overclocked the integrated graphics to 340 mhz from 300mhz. For the video I used atitool. http://www.xtremesystems.org/ has some good info on overclocking laptops along withtecharp

And now that's overclocked, which are the idle and max core temperatures on the CPU, I idle at 41C and It goes as high as 65C on Full load, mine is a Pentium M 780 (2.26GHz) overclocked to 2.6GHz.

Definitively, but in my case where I have the CPU on a desktop is not gonna be a problem. The default Power Comsumption of the Dothan at 2.26GHz is 27W, at 2.6GHz is hoving around 44W (That's what SiSoftware Sandra tells me)
