Laptop not recognizing battery...

Battery might not be making proper electrical contact. scrape/sand/clean/bend(carefull!) the contacts and see what happens. They get oxidised/dirty with time.

Also, if more than 2-3 years old, might be time for a new battery.

The contacts are all pretty straight and clean, so I don't think that's the problem. I guess I'll see if someone at a computer repair shop will let me test it with one of their batteries or somethin :eek:
