bought a thinkpad with a dead battery so i won this one on ebay

how long should it last from a full 100% charge, also will it work better after i do the battery cycle like I read off of IBM's website?


please LMK how long it should last because I got it yesterday and it drains very quickly im testing it right now to get the exact time it takes to die from full charge.

my thinkpad 600's main battery would hold a charge for 90 minutes (battery it came with, not new by any means)

I put that same battery in my 600E and watched it drain in under 40 minutes.
I found out later that the 600E (p2 366Mhz version) had common problems with draining batteries.
