Laptop motherboard replacement

I am replacing a motherboard in a Toshiba satellite A665D-S5175 laptop and i am wondering if the motherboard out of Toshiba satellite A665D-S6051 laptop will work.

the only difference i can see is the screen is .4 inches larger and has a different version CPU.

I'm a bit new to laptop repair so any help would be appreciated.

My guess is mounting the motherboard might not work, though I could be wrong as it is very similar otherwise, I wont say it will work, but there is a chance it will.

comparing both at a sparepartswarehouse, they both use the same motherboard.
