laptop memory. where to buy?

I'm looking for advice/suggestions on where I can buy inexpensive laptop memory--512MB, 200pin, DDR SODIMM module for a Dell Inspiron 5100. Thanks in advance.

TwinMOS memory is very good for the price you pay for it (i.e. Cheap 😉)

IMO just go to www.crucial.com & get your memory as it's guaranteed to work out of the box for your laptop.
dell laptops can be very picky on which ram will work with them!

Theres always people selling memory from the dells in the FS/FT forum. You can always post a WTB thread as well.

buy it from dell. i bought my inspiron mem from them. good price too.

I'd say the best place to buy such memory would be Crucial. Simply put the model number of your laptop into the database, and it finds the memory right for you.
