Laptop Memory Upgrade

i think this is the right area....

anyway i got a new laptop Inspirion 2650
P4 1.8
256 DDR
30gig
16mb Video (nvidia)
15" screen

anyway heres the problem...i need ram..yet when i open the back i only see one stick (128mb) and the system has 256? is the rest onboard? or am i missing someting...everything is so compact and i dont know crap about em yet..i would just throw a 512 stick in it but thats whta the PC tops out at im pretty sure so ill have 640 ram since i cant find the othe 128 stick

any ideas?

i know that on my inspiron 8200 the two sticks are back to back w/ some clips that make them lay flat. try the online support, there's a lot of information there.
