Before making a choice, use the laptop and run the memory finder tool at crucial.com to see how much their memory costs. If not a lot more get it there, they guarantee whatever you buy will be compatible with your laptop. And not having to worry if it will work or not is worth a few bucks more, to me at least.

Otherwise, from your list I would pick the G.Skill pair for $45 shipped hands down. CAS5 and 1.8V gives the best odds for working right out of the clamshell.
