Looking at buying an Dell XPS 1210

With there be a noticable speed difference between the two memory options?
I'll be doing some light gaming and photoshop as my most intensive activities.
I don't know intel Laptops too well so advice is appreciated.

The video card will be such a large bottleneck that you won't even be able to notice the difference in speeds btwn 533 and 667.

Although, from what I see on the website, they only offer 667.
 
Strange, It seems to be a Dell Canada thing. If the CPU is clocked at a 677FSB shouldn't the memory be aswell?
