I have a 1GB stick of Corsair PC3200 and it's not running as such...

Any insight would be great, here's some pics of what I'm getting from CPU-Z

Yeah it said that when I had 2x512MB, but even with the two sticks it said I was running at DDR333 speeds, which if I wanted to run at those speeds I would have saved some money and bought PC2700 sticks.
