Laptop keyboard software?

I have a Compaq M700 and the FN +F keys don't work for anything except from pg up to delete. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good program to use to reprogram the other f buttons so I can use them for say volume control etc?

Most laptops come with proprietary drivers for their "special" keys. If you don't have those on a CD, then check the H-P/Compaq site for downloadables.
