Question Laptop internet speed slow

Hi guys, need your help and i will appreciate it, its been now weeks since i started my new router and internet provider with 5G fiber internet, the problem i am facing is that: mobile phone and smart tv receiving very high speed of downloading and uploading (up to 30MBPS downloading and over 35 uploading) but when it is come to my 2 laptops they have same problem all the time very slow speed of downloading which is less than 1MBPS (0.19).
My laptop is Asus X560UD using Qualcomm Atheros AR956x Wireless Network Adapter.
I brought my friend laptop and tried its internet speed on my network it was all the time on high speed almost 30MBPS so the issue not with the internet or router speed but with my laptop,
tried all solutions but nothing worked please need your help.

What windows? What's the WiFi link speed? Was your laptop having problems with your older internet before you upgrade? How about when you connect your laptop to another WiFi? Like your phone hotspot?
