Laptop internet connection

HI, wondering if there is wireless modem that i can access the internet from my laptop anyway in the world?

well, it's gonna be hard, your ISP have to have global roaming (which means a large ISP), and the modem will be able to talk to different system around the world (actually, GSM is pretty much world standard, but US's GSM utilize different frequency then the REST of the world).


unless you want to get satillite communication system (dunno who else is still alive now.. seems everyone has gone chapter 11)

have you got a digital mobile phone? you can get an attachment to use the mobile phone as your modem so I suppose it's an option though you'll have to dial your local ISP from abroad. Nokia certainly does the attachment!
