i know this is the wrong forum, but i did post it in the laptop forum and didnt get a response yet. so i figured i post it in here since there is alot more activity here. sorry again.

my friend has a dell inspiron 8000 laptop running xp w/ sp1

the problem is when he goes to certain webpages the moniter begins to flash black. i think its a hardware problem but i was wondering what you guys thought of it?
