I have a Toshiba Satellite R25-S3503 and I'm having problems with the DVD-burner. Sometimes the drive won't recognize disks (neither CDs nor DVDs). Sometimes the computer doesn't even recognize the drive. Sometimes the drive will be recognized, but when I open a burning program the programs freezes. I've tried re-installing the driver from Toshiba and am now wondering about getting a new drive. I'm willing to, but I want to make sure that's the problem and that it's not something else. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
