Laptop HDD Help PLEASE!!

Dido, I have one and I totally disassembaled mine when I had a weird "stop: x000000xxx,..." error. And couldnt figure it out either.
Thats a 5400 hardDrive is it not? Can it be upgraded to faster drive? Can you overclock those things at all?
