Laptop has Dual Boot but shouldnt!!

My friends laptop gives a Dual Boot option for 2 Windows XP Professional. Only one of these dual boots will load into windows. There are no partitions or anything so I am trying to figure out where this 2nd dual boot comes from.

Any ideas on how I might get rid of the 2nd boot?
 
Right click my computer/properties/advance/startup and recovery settings/edit, then just remove the one you dont want!
