Laptop Game resolution

I have the HP 3290 laptop, and i was not able to play games like starcraft in full screen when it is in 800x 600. Anyone know how i can blow up the image? Thanks.

I think laptops don't run well in anything but their native resolution....don't know if that helps or not.

SO are you saying that laptop will only run full screen on their native resolution? For my case its 1024 x 768? And therefore it will not be full screen when it is running 800x600. Right?
