Laptop from Lenovo Outlet would be best for Windows development and light gaming?

Hi all... I have a budget of around $700. The laptop will primarily be used for Windows .NET development and some light gaming. I'd prefer an i5 or i7 with at least 8GB RAM. Not too concerned with the SSD or HD space.

I was thinking about the Y400. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Current T series 420, 430, and fan noise that sound like a jet taking off.
I would not recommend it for development. Go to the Lenovo forum and do some reading before you buy..
