Laptop freezes after couple hours of inactivity.

My client has a Dell latitude laptop with Windows 2000 pro. It freezes on him when he leaves it alone for couple hours. I upgraded his Service Pack to 2 and turned of hibernation mode. What can it be?

Anyone seen this before?
