It seems that this company is not a safe place to do biz.

If you have an extra $4000.00 that you don't care about then try it. But don't be surprised if they keep your money and vanish.

And as always this is just MHO.

Seems like a scam too me. Too good to be true. Or maybe they do send you the rebate....in like 3 years. By that time, the laptop will be worthless anyways.

but if you do get a $4000 rebate in 3 years that is just in time to spend it on a new laptop that will be awesome , but I would pass on this

They have about four different laptop you can supposedly purchase.
Each about $4k. They have a generic rebate form that is used for
these latops. It is also used for keychains. Personally, I have
my doughts.

The Domain is registered to Steve Randell, an AOL user located in NC.
The all company correspondents goes to UT.... Hmmm...
Maybe he just has really long arms...:disgust:

Link to another thread regarding this company for more info:

Be forwarned, always deal with companies that have good reputation. I always use this site to check them out.

ResellerRatings.

I've been scammed before and hope that I always get the correct item I paid for as advertised.

:) Rebate instructions:

...
3) Attach the packing slip sent with your order or a copy of your credit card statement for proof of purchase. (In case they didn't get the CC # the first time)

Yeah guys
read the other thread. Looks like it was basically started by someone involved in the fraudulent business, and backed up by more phony newly-created junior members.

Look at the site's OWN FTP LOG! Everything was uploaded in 12/2000 and 1/2001. Hello?

I can't believe people are thinking it might not be a scam. You are nuts.

And I didn't see anybody mention yet that the laptops come with no memory ;-) Probably takes a proprietary memory they make themselves and price at $500/MB.

hmmm...funny how they are new yet have given out so many rebates and then have the nerve go on here and fatwallet.com to post fake testimonials about receiving phone calls from the CEO..what a sham...what CEO has that much free time to respond to every email or phone call???

come on ppl...use some common sense..i know that's fairly lacking these days...:|

I think that someone should contact the police in Utah. I think the catch is the bit on the bottom of the rebate slip that says "Subject to change without notice."

Take a look at this report E Watch Its very good... Its strange that they could have a good one... Does anyone know any law? What would happen if they sent you a laptop and then two months later declared bankruptcy before the rebate came?

Here is my final opinion

Report them to the BBB and FTC... This place looks like trouble, Don't buy from them..
