Laptop for $1200-1300

I've been looking all around for a new laptop for $1200-1300, and I can't seem to find the perfect one! I was all set on the VPR Matrix 185 until I found out they we're discontinued.
It should have a 1.8ghz P4-M or higher, Intergrated wifi, at least 32 meg of video ram. Those are the main things I need. Anything else is just extra butter.

So, what laptop do you recommend for this price range? I can go a little higher, but only to about $1400.

Right now I have my eyes set on the Dell 600m. Any other recommendations?
 
Okay, the processor doesn't have to be mobile, but I would prefer it. How much battery life would I lose from say a 2.0 P-4m and just a regular p4 2.0ghz?
