Laptop DVD? QuickDVD @ Office Depot. Is good?

It seems like this QuickDVD at Office Depot might be the solution I'm looking for. It is in this week's ad. It's advertised as USB, battery operated or computer powered. However, the ad appears to show it with a CardBus connector...possibly can use USB or Cardbus? Anyone have any experience with this or a similar one? I'd probably use it to watch on the laptop and thru the laptop to S-Video on a tv. I only have Cel366 and ATI 4MB on laptop. I would think I would need the DVD/controller to do the decoding?

I didn't get a DVD with the laptop because they were ~$800 more at the time. I suspected I could eventually find one of these at the right price.

Suggestions on this or others?

Hm i don't know how thats gonna turn out, your cpu is a bit slow for dvd, and your video card might not be up to it. Good video is 1024x768 @ 24/32 bit color.. any less and ick.
