Laptop Dual Monitor Problem

I am running a Laptop with and ATI video card. Yesterday at work everything is fine. My big monitor has all of the Icons and task bar. The Laptop monitor had nothing but e-mail.

This morning the icons are on the Big Monitor but the task bar is on the laptop screen.

I have the ATI control panel but cannot find how to fix the problem.

I have tried rebooting.

It is like working with my arms crossed and the wrong hand using the mouse.

Ok I figured it out.

1) reduce the video mode to one screen on the big monitor, with the secondary laptop monitor off
2) stretch/extend the desktop to the the second/laptop monitor.
