If you have XP, you can sync your files automatically. Do a search.

Karen's PTReplicator. Works well, Google knows where you can find it.

I use Second Copy (http://www.centered.com/)
It works pretty well. You can set up rules to keep files in sync automatically or manually, or always copy in one direction.

It seems to win lots of shareware industry awards too
