Laptop display gone bad ?

Hello ,

my laptop display is like started to fill with colors and everything is freezes in windows , but when I start computer again , it's still all in colors , but I can hear , how computer is looking for boot disk 😉 ...and after sometime of standing not turned on , it goes back to normal ... what can it be ?
