you want to remove the cpu from the laptop right?
I never did that model laptop, but most laptop cpu's are typically underneath the keyboard hidden away, in rare cases the cpu and heatsink are on the bottom of the laptop, under it's own removable plastic cover... if the cpu is not there, then you would first need to remove the keyboard which usually can be done by removing the plastic strip that is along the top of the laptop above the keyboard which has the power button on it, then unscrew the screws underneath what the plastic cover thing covered. These screws hold the keyboard in place. once you remove the keyboard (some laptop's have more than that amount of screws which are actually holding the keyboard from underneath the keyboard, these can be accessed by screws either on the bottom of the chassis or the screws hidden underneath plastic covers that can be removed that cover things like ram, but this scenerio is rare. once your keyboard is removed, remove the cpu's heatsink thing which has several screws holding it down. keep in mind that when you pull the heatsink off, the cpu may come up with it.
if you link pics that are close ups of the top where the keyboard and the surrounding area, and also the bottom of the chassis i can circle screws and link that up to clarify anything you need help on.
