Laptop cooling

I have been having some issues with the temp of my laptop lately, and was wondering if there were any hardware solutions to the over heating of a Macbook Pro 15". The reason it bothers me so much is because of the metallic cassing.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Maybe not what you're looking for, but my Macbook also is pretty hot these days. I have an Antec notebook cooler that sits below my laptop and runs on USB power. It cools my laptop down greatly. I added 2 rubber feet to the top rear of the notebook cooler to elevate my laptop for adequate airflow.

If you're feeling adventurous, you could also try changing out the thermal paste in your Macbook for some MX-1 or Arctic Silver 5...some people have tried that on other laptops with overheating problems with good results.
