What is the best laptop cooler with a max budget of $50?

This is for a 15" widescreen laptop that constantly shuts off when playing games.

I have an Antec that works pretty well, but my best one for cooling is some cheap plastic thing(Typhoon) I picked up somewhere.

Edit:
If you're halfway handy with tools, it would be pretty easy to make a better cooler than you could buy. I'd make one on a wooden frame, with wood dowels the laptop sits on. Wire a fan underneath to a USB cable, and you're good to go. That wouldn't be portable, but it would be cheaper/more efficient if you only need cooling in 1 place. Most coolers try to give good cooling while being portable. It can't excel at both, so compromises get made.

The most important part of keeping your notebook computer running cooler is to keep the fans and vents clean of dust.

The second most important part of keeping your notebook computer running cooler is to raise the bottom of the notebook above the surface of the desk. You don't actually need a "notebook cooler" but just anything that raises it up which doesn't block any vents. I've used my eyeglass case, an angled piece of aluminum, my wallet, whatever is handy.
