Two Large/Silence Fans built into the back of your console/entertainment system unit could help.

Many high end entertainment consoles have them to help cool your AV equipment.

I just put 2x2x90mm Coolerguys sets with a power brick plugged into my receiver's outlet. My built-in cabinet has vents sucking cold air in the bottom and these exhaust it out the top. Works perfectly. I bet my two cabinet sides are 20-30 degrees cooler now.

rather one under 1000 (600 be cool) but really no budget if its good enough.. i know i have seen millionaires custom woodwork ones ;P had to sand it and finish it was alot of no fun.

rather just buy one once then buy one get better one get better one etc.. if its going to last and be awesome any price is fine.. but.. ya cheap sturdy always be cool.

Most of the laptop coolers are obnoxiously loud and use 40mm or 60mm fans which produce a high pitched noise.

You ought to just buy a low rpm 120mm case fan, and crimp it yourself to a usb cable and run power off the receiver.

there are many usb 120mm fans.
the thermaltake mobile fan 12 comes with a fan female to usb male cable, which is pretty neat.

if mounting in a cabinet:
basically all you need to do is measure and cut out a circle and drill some small holes (to match the mounting points on the fan) to secure the fan to the cabinet backing, get some nuts/washers to secure the fan to the hole and connect the 120mm usb fan to a usb port on the receiver.
there are some 120mmm usb fans with cabinet mounting hardware to make it look nicer if it's not up against a wall.
it would help if the usb cable is long enough, but usb extension cables aren't hard to find.

if using your own case fans and making them usb, make sure they'll work off 5v. Most of them do.

maybe will get the lasko 6" also.. but i went with

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cooler-Mast...pt=US_Laptop_Cooling_Pads&hash=item43c827f866

name brand.. 160mm fan usb powered and can double as a laptop cooler if ever need it..

will see if mount ontop or below for better heat dissipation. im thinking ontop sucking the air out the top but idk anything ;)

airflow will be good for it tho im guessing anywhere will be fine. THANKS still want buy new cabinet but prob get something really nice off craiglist since shipping going to be alot and new will be alot.. am bad with decisions unless its amazing.
