I'm looking to buy a new notebook for around $1200 for college and I need help comparing these two notebooks:

Both upgraded to 1024mb of ram. Most of the time I'll be using my notebook to play world of warcraft. I don't need it to play it flawlessly at the highest settings, but I don't want to run into huge lag problems on medium to low settings. I was wondering if these laptops will play WoW decently and since money is a big issue, I was wondering if I'll see a significant increase in performance with the first notebook or am I better off saving the $100 or so by getting the second notebook.
Edit: Also, I was wondering is this about the best I can get for the amount I'm willing to spend or should I keep looking for better deals on better computers.
