hello.
so i was just trying to install some dvd software. After I installed some software and restarted the computer, it hasn't been able to recognize the cd-rw/dvd-rom. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it always says the drivers may be corrupt or removed. I have a Philips SCB5265. Any suggestions?
