I have a question about laptop batteries. I am about to purchase a Dell latitude C600 P3 700 from a forum user/ebayer. I wondered how If anyone knew what the best (longest lasting) battery would be for this model. Most stores fail to mention these stats, for whatever stupid reason. Also, do you need some special charger for these batteries or is it merely neccesary to plug in the computer?
 
not sure on which batt. would be the best for your notebook, but all I do to charge my batt. on my Compaq (yes I know 🙂) is plug it in
