laptop battery

Hi all.....I have a problem with a dell inspiron 7000. Well actually the battery. It says that it is charging at 47% and it really has no juice. Won't budge from that point either. Tried taking it our installing it in the other bay no use. I think that it is toast.
My question is where do I find a replacement for this model? I can't find anything on the web including dell's site. or is there a way for me to recondition the battery?

this is the very first resault i found.

As far as reconditioning i had a HP battery do the same thing, when i tried pluging the charger into a different outlet it worked fine.

EDIT: by charger i meant AC adapter, i am tired 😉

I dont have a stand alone charger, its charged by the computer itself. I thought about putting it in the refrigerator but I doubt anything will work on this thing. I don't even know if it is worth buying another battery for it.
