Ok so im looking for a secondary battery for my laptop as the 6 cell battery i have now doesnt last as long as i would like (2 hours)
I currently have an Hasee W220R laptop, i got this when i was overseas and it is difficult to find batteries for uncommon brands so ive been looking at universal external batteries

Rating: 10.8v dc == 4400mha
Rechargable Lithuim Ion battery

And on my power pack:
input 100-240v 50-60hz 1.7a
output 20v ==3.25a
So i want to know if you think the external battery will work my my laptop,if i use that battery and its not compatiable will it damage any components? as it says "if original laptop battery is 10.8V , select output to 16V"
just one more question i noticed some external batteries have 5v usb adapters so can i run the battery from my usb port?
